I purchased a business condo unit in August of 2012. Shortly after moving in it was decided that the old pipes in the building were to be replaced as they had started leaking. Our office had a custom ceiling with large bulkhead shaped in an arc (quarter circle). This was all taken down.
When replacing the ceiling the condo association requested that the ceiling be constructed in such a way that it could be taken down easier resulting in less expense when replacing it.
Arthur from Calgary Services Ltd. and his crew took the time to listen to our request to keep our ceiling looking the way it had before construction while satisfying the condo associations request to make the ceiling easier to dismantle for access purposes to pipes, etc.
Arthur and his crew provided exactly what was required for both parties.
The crew on site were always polite, doing their best to accommodate our requirements while keeping our office open during construction. They kept the construction area clean and safe for our visiting clients.

When a big leak took place on the main level of the Vue, 429 14th Street and damaged 2 commercial units as well as the lobby, Calgary Services was hired to do all the re-built, including replacing the carpets, installation of the new drywalls and painting, replacing the ceiling and lots of other small details. What complicated the situation was a custom made suspended ceiling in one of the commercial units that could not be installed the same way due to the changes in the plumbing system of the unit and Calgary Services came up with an excellent new design of entire ceiling and executed this project to perfection. The Board and the owners of the commercial units were greatly impressed with the quality of work and now Calgary Services is the preferred company for all re-built/renovation projects in the building.
Arbour Lake Landing is another complex that was happy to work with Calgary Services last summer. When a leak in the exterior patio membrane caused significant damage to one of the units, Calgary Services got involved in the renovations of the unit as well as exterior repairs of the waterproofing membrane. All exterior work was done under the supervision of Manticore Engineering and the extent of the project went as far as replacing structural components such as posts and beams. The Board was so impressed with the quality of the work , they hired Calgary Services together with Manticore to replace all the waterproofing membrane around the complex over the next 6 years with the total budget of over $1,000,000.
